Sebastian Summers
(AKA Mary Braasch)
Expressive Arts Therapist
Sebastian has almost 20 years experience working with children, 15 years therapeutic experience, and has been involved in the arts since age 7. They utilize a combined approach in sessions that includes expressive arts (music, movement, visual arts, and drama), somatic work (a body focus approach), and a social justice lens accommodating individuals with disabilities, LGBTQ, and other unique identities.

Neuroqueer Community Building
Do you identify as LGBTQ, neurodivergent, autistic, ADHD, or another similar identity? We are focused on building community that can support these marginalized identities.
Cultivate Empowerment
It takes courage and hard work to change your life. But the rewards are more than you could ever imagine. We work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and many other mental health challenges.
Mindfulness
(is not what you think.)
Yes we teach mindfulness!
No we don't teach it the traditional way!
If you struggle with challenging emotions, hate meditation, don't do breathing techniques, or just can't stand "that woo woo stuff" we can help.

Expressive arts therapies provide a unique opportunity for self-discovery and personal growth, allowing individuals to connect with their inner selves and explore new dimensions of their creativity.
